A small, nervous Lizardman with a tail that will not stay still. He mends nets, hates hope, and promised his great-aunt Ottla he would find the Saint. He refuses to be the last.
Saint of the Jade Enclave
A healer in a patched brown robe, with a silver shield brooch on his chest. He has been trying to cure what he could not cure for three hundred years, and he still owes an ogre three hundred gold.
Mercenary
The largest ogre in the valley, and the only one who has never been paid. Round sad face, gentle hands. He remembers the priest who shared bread when there was almost none left.
Once an accountant
The world comes to her in columns. A friendly spell cracked the most boring mind in the west, and what fell out can read a map that does not make sense.
Chef
A minotaur sacked on a Monday for calling cooking a form of art, and still angry about it on Friday. He travels with a wagon, a sharp knife, and a cold spoon he does not explain.

A wood elf who wakes when somebody sings about her mother. She keeps the watch because she does not trust anyone else to do it, and she counts her arrows.
